| i rated you a full mark,i don't know if this poem great or not but the only things i know is that it touched my heart because this was what i'm going through a few years ago.. he was my frst love till this day,eventhough he maybe doesn't know it.. he's dating someone else right now so the only things i can do is keep silence and watch him for afar while hoping someday someone else will love me and i love him too.. |

I did not rate this poem very highly and I simply wished to explain why. I can not explain to you what, but it is lacking in a key element. When you find that key to express this void you feel, I believe if you were to add to this poem it has tremendous potential. Keep writing and dont let the criticism bother you.

I agree with Stephanie. You mirror my own feelings exactly. I love it and think it is perfect. My favorite lines:
"All day I turn away from life
To gaze upon your face."
That is exactly what I do; it's like an addiction I cannot escape. I try and try, but can't seem to stop. |
