The Telephone's the Tongue

The telephone's the tongue
With which we caress each other's skin.
Ah! My lips are open
To your smooth, dark voice!
Pleasure inundates domestic pain,
The anguish of endings,
A thousand bleeding dreams.
What love is not destructive?
So ours, too, must rip lives apart.
Let the tide of anticipation,
Those blood-swollen currents of delight,
Lift us over the bar.

Use the excel import data from web fteuare -In excel 2010 it is in the data menu > get external data > from web, enter the web address and a small browser window will appear. Small arrows will appear in some of the data, choose what you want and then click on import. In the preference menu you can choose what is the refreshment frequency set it to every 1 minute and you are done. The thing is that using this is really depends on the way the html page you want to retrieve that from is built so it wont work perfectly on all sites.
