It is very sad, I agree with you on that. Today I went thrifting with my mom to voiuars different thrift shops. While at one particular one, we saw a grown man come in and put two men's tee shirts under his jacket ! First of all it was 100 degrees, so no one had on jackets, then he stole from a thrift store and walked right out. We were so shocked. THen when we told the girl working,she didn't have much to say because she said the police won't do anything about it because they are too busy. Sad sad sad.
