You're My Romeo

You're my Romeo
And I'm your Juliet,
But we have neither Montague
Nor scheming Capulet.

Instead we struggle with the rent
And work to buy a house;
And wait till we can take a breath
To think of the word "spouse."

Our days are hills we have to climb,
And nights . . . well, we must sleep.
And when I watch you lift the world
And laugh, I want to weep.

No early death ennobles us,
Nor legend turned to gold;
Yet we would shine as bright as they
Were our tale told.

four years in the tenderloin and it took one fukced up party to get notice. just ad violence and poof everyone suddenly knows that you exist. and that your fukced up because you fight. or support fights. or in my case, own a business where one person decided to start a fight. a girl. anyways, the little butch lady that owns the thai spot next door still brings me lemons from the tree at her home. and the yugoslavian convienient store owner still gives me mints when i but three cigarettes for a dollar. \its cool though. gotta represent for black people in sf. just the fact that my gallery exist is success. had a jazz trio play yesterday during the day! huge sound. and street level. my shit is exclusive.
