| When I signed on today to read what you guys have potsed new I never dreamed that the No foot print too small quote I left a few weeks ago would be mentioned. It had actually told me my comment did not post to the site. lol I can't tell you what it means to me that you found comfort in it. I lost my son, Dillon at 6 months of pregnancy and this quote is potsed above the remembrance garden at the hospital where he was delivered. When I first read it, it was honestly the only thing that brought any comfort. Part of what I believe makes the grief so horrible is that they lived so short a time. When you love someone and lose them it is the good memories that you have of them that gets you through ..with a loss like this you feel you have nothing to cling to. It helps to have a quote like this to focus on. Something to say that no matter how short a time they were here, they mattered. I am so glad that it helped you as it helped me. Hopefully, she and Dillon are somewhere playing together. |
